Cases

  1. Chaos in engineering

National Payment & Digital-Asset Platform (regulated, under NDA)

CPTO · Feb 2026 to present

    Before
Wallet, crypto cards and TON. 100+ people in-house and across vendors, in functional teams.
    What I did
Launched a CEX with a trading terminal, OTC (partners connected over FIX), an own blockchain with EVM/TVM infrastructure and a stablecoin programme. In 3 months moved the teams to domain ownership: PO and tech-lead pairs, a Delivery Office. An AI pipeline takes an idea to a working MVP on the live platform in 2 to 3 weeks; MVPs of crypto deposits, lending, liquidity management and AML were built this way. The card programme passed Visa due diligence; a VARA licence is in preparation.

Senior Product Owner, institutional B2B API · Jun 2025 to Jan 2026

    Before
A wallet and a DEX aggregator: 200K+ unique addresses and $100M+ volume a month, 2 teams, about 20 engineers.
    What I did
Moved both teams onto AI rails (Cursor, Claude and Codex in development, refactoring, tests, monitoring and code review), then extended them to system and business analysts and POs. Rebuilt the practice of developing solutions around AI: architecture, engineering approach, tools. Owned the institutional B2B API end to end: vision, metrics, roadmap, launch; integrations under VARA/AML: Trust Wallet, Revolut, Web3 Antivirus; partners: Wirex, Ondo, xStocks. An MCP server over the API lets AI agents call quotes, swaps and calculations.
