# Dmitrii Votintsev > Chief Product & Technology Officer in fintech, payments and digital assets. 17+ years from Java developer to CPTO: trading platforms, crypto wallets, Visa card programmes, a DEX aggregator and a national payment platform. Runs an AI-native product organisation where an idea becomes a working MVP in 2 to 3 weeks. I run product and engineering for a regulated payment and digital-asset platform: custodial wallet, Visa card issuance, on/off-ramp, B2B payments and crypto acquiring, a centralised exchange with a trading terminal, OTC, tokenised stocks, Earn. 6 product domains, 13 teams, 100+ people in-house and across vendors. Before that: the institutional B2B API at 1inch. CPTO at Grineo, where a crypto wallet with Visa cards went from nothing to the App Store and Google Play. 6 years as CIO at Quadcode running operations for a high-load trading platform. A SaaS of my own, started with my own money, taken to break-even and exit. 10 years in fintech, banking, big data, SaaS and telecom, from Java developer to head of department. Since 2023 my teams work with AI agents every day. Product managers validate an idea on a working prototype with real integrations before engineering touches it. Reporting is assembled by agents from the systems of record, nobody writes a status by hand. The method, its limits and the figures are in the articles here. What I write about: AI in engineering, stablecoins and new payment rails, crypto and card infrastructure, regulation (VARA), AI in running a company.
